Mechanics - Video 4

The last piece to our Strategic Plan puzzle is Mechanics. After we've mapped out the Madness, Mission, Mindsets and Methods, we need to focus our energies into the "Vital Few" things we need to focus on in the next 90 days to move up this mountain. 

Every 90 days you'll want to go through this process of focusing on a Vital Few things, such that by doing them, everything else becomes easier or unnecessary to the goal of the strategic plan. 

Mapping out the Mechanics for the next 90 days is how we'll end our day together.
